About RDC Jiu Jitsu Academy
RDC Jiu Jitsu Academy on Dolphin Avenue in Kelowna, British Columbia teaches gi and no-gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in the Okanagan Valley, founded by Sterling Redlack (owner and head coach), Kyle Deleurme and Lance Croteau. Adults can train a 5-week fundamentals intake, an early-morning 'Coffee & Jitz' class three times a week, no-gi fundamentals five times a week, all-levels gi six times a week, a weekly classic gi class and an all-levels boxing class; the Junior Jiujiteiros program covers kids and youth.
