Checkmat BJJ (also known as Checkmat Buena Park) in Cypress, CA is led by Head Professor Robson 'Robynho' Rodrigues, a 4th-degree Checkmat black belt endorsed by Leo Vieira (Checkmat founder) and world champions Marcus 'Buchecha' Almeida and Lucas Leite. Evening classes are led by 4th-degree black belt Joao Vianey; morning classes by brown belt Giovanni Campos. Hours: 8:30-10am and 5-8:30pm.
