About Lamorinda Jiu Jitsu & Kickboxing
Lamorinda Jiu-Jitsu & Kickboxing serves Lafayette and Walnut Creek with adult Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in gi and no-gi (beginner options six days a week, plus an advanced track), women's-only BJJ, co-ed and women's-only self-defence, teen and adult Muay Thai for ages 13 and up, teen and adult kickboxing, and a broad kids programme: Little Warriors BJJ for ages 4-6, kids BJJ for 7 and up, kids no-gi, kids wrestling for 4-6 and 7-plus, kids Muay Thai and kids kickboxing from age 8. It is led by two head instructors, Stephanie Moon, a Gracie Fighter black belt training since 1996 who also fought Muay Thai and boxed, and Adam Dunkel, a Ralph Gracie black belt training since 2005 who has taught children since 2006 and adults since 2008.
