About Academia de Jiu Jitsu Mondego BJJ Coimbra
Escola de Jiu Jitsu do Mondego in Celas, Coimbra teaches Brazilian jiu-jitsu for adults and children, covering the art's history, philosophy, self-defence and sporting sides, and runs an online academy of technique videos. Head coach Rafael Silveira has trained since 1995 and received his black belt in 2010 as a direct student of Master Ricardo De La Riva.
