About TRITAC Training Center
TRITAC Training Center is a 20,000 square foot gym in Cromwell, Connecticut with a competition cage, 2,200 square feet of matted floor, a strength room and eleven coaches, run by owner and head coach Matt Bryers, a third-degree Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt and fifth-dan Kobukai Jujitsu holder with 35 years on the mat. The floor runs four core programmes — MMA, no-gi Jiu-Jitsu taught as one system blending BJJ, Japanese Jujitsu, judo and wrestling, TRITAC Combatives self-defence including weapons and multiple attackers, and coached strength and conditioning — plus specialty tracks in Japanese Jujitsu, judo, teen classes for 13-17s and youth martial arts for ages 4-13, adding up to more than 200 classes a month. Members also get the TRITAC Hub, an online drilling and video platform, and the combatives system is used in West Hartford's school safety curriculum.
