Inner Champ Wrestling Club on Beach Blvd in Jacksonville, Florida pairs wrestling technique with mindset coaching. It was founded by Coach Dave Seidenberg, a New Jersey native who wrestled nationally as a youth, competed at Division 1 for Rutgers University, and now works full-time as a mindset and mental health coach for parents. The club runs a Foundations & Fun class for grades K-4 and novices and an Elite class for middle school, high school and adult wrestlers three evenings a week, plus small-group private training and a parent mindset program.
