On Top Jiujitsu is a no-gi jiu-jitsu gym in Naples, Florida coached by Nick Coletti, a first-degree black belt with 16+ years training and 13+ years teaching who also holds a master's degree in special education and spent two decades as a professional educator. Every class is one level, with all students training together, and the room runs entirely on a Constraints Led Approach — live training every round, every class. The gym is new and says it intends to add beginner, advanced, morning and kids classes as it grows; newcomers start with two free classes.
