TDC MMA + Fitness was founded in 1994 by Dino Costeas, who opened one of the first Jiu Jitsu academies in Chicago in the Bridgeport neighborhood. Dino earned his BJJ black belt from Heredia and tested his skills in early MMA. Memberships include 1-year and open-ended Martial Arts options, plus Strength + Conditioning add-ons, drop-in passes, and private training.
