About Tohkon Dojo

Tohkon Dojo is a not-for-profit Judo academy founded in 1992 at 5409 W Devon Ave in Chicago. President Douglas Tono is a Veterans World Champion. The dojo is affiliated with the United States Judo Federation (USJF), USA Judo, the Chicago Judo Black Belt Association, and Kodokan International Judo Institute. Programs include Cubbies, Juniors, Intermediate, Fundamentals, Womens, and Advanced Judo classes, plus a Jiu-Jitsu program (newly available) led by 2nd-degree black belt Dan Mondragon.
