Indian Head Park is a tiny west-suburban village along I-294, with one local BJJ academy — Progression Jiu Jitsu, an independent operation. The village's location at the I-294 / I-55 / I-294 / I-294 interchange complex makes the rest of the western suburbs unusually accessible: Countryside, Westchester, La Grange, and Willowbrook are all within a five to ten minute drive, and Lyons' Carlson Gracie affiliate (Chicago Fight Team) is a short hop east.
