About The Barracks

The Barracks is an elite grappling academy with three coaches (Mario Gonzalez, Giuseppe Lamanna, Luis Gonzalez). Mario is a No-Gi World Champion and BJJ brown belt; he's a 2021 4th and 2018 2nd at ADCC East Coast Trials, 2017 IBJJF No-Gi World Champion, 2014/2013 NCAA Wrestling Qualifier. The program centers on No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu and Wrestling principles, with a Marine Corps presence at the front of the class.
