About Chris Howe Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
Chris Howe Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a gi and no-gi academy in Zionsville, north-west of Indianapolis, also serving Carmel and Westfield. It runs adult BJJ for beginners through experienced belts, a dedicated competition programme, and a kids track that starts in Bullyproof and progresses into technical jiu-jitsu. Head instructor Chris Howe has over 15 years in the sport, is a ten-time No-Gi World Champion gold medallist and is IBJJF-ranked; Justin Wilson runs the kids classes as assistant instructor.
