Hard Drive Performance Center — Team HD — in Cedar Rapids teaches Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu built on Professor Rafael Lovato Jr's method, kickboxing under the Roufusport and Benjilany Striking associations, wrestling, Tae Kwon Do and a youth sports performance programme. It calls itself the area's first and longest-running competitive mixed martial arts gym, and most of its instructors are retired professional mixed martial artists. The weekly timetable runs 5am adult jiu-jitsu, midday and evening classes, jiu-jitsu and kickboxing for under-14s and 14+, a school-hours class for ages 5-14, an 'Older Folks Martial Arts 35+' class, gi and no-gi competition classes, women's-only jiu-jitsu three times a week and open gym on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Owner Keoni Koch is head BJJ coach and co-owner Courtney Koch heads sports performance.
