Valor Martial Arts at 1836 South Woodlawn in Wichita, Kansas is a mixed martial arts gym running Brazilian jiu-jitsu in gi and no-gi, submission grappling, MMA, kickboxing, boxing, judo, Capoeira, kids classes from age four and a Fighter Fitness conditioning programme with sessions from 6am to 7:30pm. Its BJJ side is an affiliate of Robert Drysdale's Zenith Jiu Jitsu, led by head instructor Marcio Navarro — a BJJ black belt since 2014 and an ISKA professional kickboxing world champion — with five black belts on staff, a women's-only class and a competition team that has taken a national team title and produced two IBJJF world champion students. The gym is also a certified We Defy Foundation affiliate, supporting disabled combat veterans.
