Acadiana Jiu Jitsu in Scott, Louisiana runs a full age ladder in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu — preschool (3-5), kids 5-7 and 8-10, teens 10-15, and adult gi and no-gi from 16 — alongside kids and adult Muay Thai kickboxing, a Mixed Martial Arts 101 class, a Women's BJJ and self-defence programme started in early 2022 and taught by Coach Emma Gossen, and Yardbird Yoga. Head instructor Professor Heath Henry is a BJJ Revolution Team black belt who has studied under Tim Credeur and Josh Artigue since 2008 and taught under the BJJ Revolution Team banner since 2012; he was also head coach of the Acadiana High School wrestling programme from 2009 to 2016, producing its first Division I state champion in 21 years.
