About The Ranch Martial Arts - Jiu Jitsu & Boxing Private Lessons and Classes
The Ranch Martial Arts in south Shreveport, Louisiana teaches striking and boxing, wrestling and what it calls American Jiu-Jitsu — a mix of submission grappling, wrestling and practical self-defense — through both group classes and one-to-one private lessons. Group classes run Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday with adult and kids slots in gi and no-gi, plus a Kids MMA and Self-Defense class for ages 7-13, and a free all-ages open mat on Sunday afternoons. It is run by Luke Regard, a jiu-jitsu brown belt and MMA fighter, and Natasha Regard, a purple belt. The first class is free and the gym encourages students to gather friends and split private-lesson costs.
