About Grappling ZONE

Grappling Zone is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and grappling academy in Torrejón de Ardoz, training inside Thor Gym FEBA on Calle Hilados. It teaches gi BJJ and no-gi grappling in structured 2-4 week technical blocks for beginners through competitors, with a Saturday open mat and a members' app for bookings, progress tracking and a technique video library.
