Kwest Muay Thai & Kickboxing on Pembina Hwy in Winnipeg teaches adult Muay Thai six days a week, boxing, kids martial arts (ages 4-13) and a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program open to ages 11+ covering pins, escapes, submissions and counters with heavy emphasis on live drilling and open rounds. Muay Thai and jiu-jitsu are presented as the two foundations of its MMA base. Head coach and owner is Kelly Westerlund; Dave Swanson is the jiu-jitsu coach.
