About SBY MMA AND FITNESS / SOUTHSIDE BJJ ACADEMY
SBY MMA & Fitness, also trading as Southside BJJ Academy, operates inside Pure Fitness Salisbury in Salisbury, Maryland. It teaches MMA, gi Brazilian jiu-jitsu, no-gi submission grappling, boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai, conditioning and youth programs including youth MMA, with personal training available. Its eight-strong coaching staff spans BJJ purple and blue belts, an 8th degree karate black belt, two professional boxing trainers and a Muay Thai coach trained under Daddis Fight Camps in Philadelphia. New students are offered three free classes.
