About Paradigm Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Paradigm Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (The Paradigm Academy) has served Lowell since 2016 from a 5,300-square-foot facility in the city's industrial district, running over 23 gi and no-gi classes a week: all-levels, competition, women's-only, youth from age four, daily open mats, yoga and private lessons. The beginner curriculum is built around self-defence, pairing one standing and one ground technique per lesson, and feeds into a sport programme organised around the seven positions. Memberships are month-to-month with no long-term commitment or cancellation fees, and the women's-only programme, led by Coach Corina, is described as one of the largest in New England.
