About Carlson Gracie Grand Rapids Bjj Jiu-jitsu
Carlson Gracie Grand Rapids has taught in southeast Grand Rapids, Michigan since 2019, when owner Michael Moore opened it in a 2,500 square foot room; it now occupies 10,000 square feet with three mat spaces, a weight room, saunas, ice baths and massage and chiropractic services. It runs over fifty classes a week in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, wrestling and Muay Thai — jiu-jitsu and wrestling seven days a week, striking six — hosts seminars including with Carlson Gracie Jr., and fields kids and adult competition teams with Pan Am and World champions.
