The Martial Arts Center of St. Louis runs PACT - Practical Application Combat Training - a comprehensive MMA system focused on street self-defense that rotates weekly between kickboxing, jiu-jitsu, self-defense and weapons, with a dedicated jiu-jitsu class every Monday evening. Programs are banded by age: PACT Kids for ages 7-12, PACT Juniors for 12-16, adult PACT for teens and up, and Fight Fitness, a hybrid conditioning class. All programs run without a contract, the first month of classes is free, and private lessons are available by appointment.
