It runs adult and youth Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in both gi and no-gi plus striking classes and a homeschool programme, with a Sunday open mat from noon to 2pm. Head instructor Professor Mike Leake has over 18 years in Gracie Humaita Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and is a 2nd degree black belt under world champion Rafael "Formiga" Barbosa, also holding black belts in Kali and Silat plus boxing and professional MMA experience; he leads a bench of instructors that includes black belt Lane Schrock and brown belts Zach Shaw and Jon Fields.
