10th Planet Kansas City / Lone Wolf MMA at 210 Branch Street in Platte City, Missouri is the only officially accredited 10th Planet Jiu-Jitsu academy in the Kansas City area, serving Smithville, Platte City, Leavenworth, Lansing, North Kansas City, Parkville, Gladstone and Liberty. It runs adult jiu-jitsu for all levels under black belt instruction, kids' jiu-jitsu split into Pups (1st-4th grade) and Fangs (5th grade and above) with a life skills curriculum, and an MMA programme with a syllabus running from beginner to professional fighter. The academy is a We Defy affiliate, providing jiu-jitsu and fitness training to combat veterans coping with military-connected disabilities, and offers a free class with a one-to-one conversation with the coaching staff.
