About Wise Warriors MMA
Wise Warriors MMA is a mixed martial arts and fitness gym in St. Louis, Missouri, founded by owner and head trainer Ray Norris. It teaches MMA, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, kickboxing, boxing, Muay Thai, wrestling, self-defense, capoeira, strength and conditioning, and runs the Wise Warriors MMA fight team, with open gym sessions supervised by a coach most weekdays. The gym also offers personal training, program design and technique sessions, injury rehab and massage therapy - Norris is a licensed massage therapist - and its jiu-jitsu classes are built for beginners and advanced students alike.
