About Next Level - Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Judo, & Boxing
Next Level in Valley Park, Missouri teaches Brazilian jiu-jitsu, judo and boxing to kids and adults, plus a women's self-defence programme, from a facility it calls one of the nicest in St. Louis. Head BJJ coach David Derstine found jiu-jitsu through the Modern Army Combatives Program while enlisted in the US Army and has over twelve years in BJJ, judo and other martial arts, training under Professor Mike Buckels and medalling in jiu-jitsu, judo and wrestling. Head boxing coach Kane Wade is an amateur boxing champion with over ten years in the sport, and the school also has a head judo coach.
