About SBG Missoula - Brazilian Jiu Jitsu - Martial Arts - Boxing - Gym
SBG Missoula is part of the SBG Montana family and of Straight Blast Gym International, a network of more than 70 gyms across the US, Canada, Ireland, the UK, South Korea, South Africa, Sweden and Australia. It teaches Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, MMA, boxing, kickboxing, self-defense, fitness and kids martial arts, with the kids side running SBG's own Growing Gorillas progression: Micro Monkeys (3-5), Spider Monkeys (5-7), Chimpanzees (7-8) and Juniors (9-15). Coach Gus Nolte, with SBG since 2010, is a BJJ black belt and professional MMA fighter who coaches BJJ, MMA, striking and kids classes; Bekah Bell is a BJJ purple belt, level 2 strength and conditioning coach and Rock Steady Boxing coach; Alisha Hoskins teaches BJJ foundations and is a Rock Steady Boxing affiliate coach.
