About Blue Wave Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
Blue Wave Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a grappling academy in Nashua, New Hampshire, formed in 2021 by husband-and-wife team Dasha and Jimmy Quinlan, who opened it from scratch a month after the birth of their second child. Adults train in Brazilian jiu-jitsu; the kids' side is split by age into Little Waves (3-5), Rolling Waves (6-8) and Big Waves (9-12). The academy states its instructors have over two decades of experience and actively encourages students to compete, and it draws students from Hudson, Merrimack, Amherst, Hollis, Brookline, Milford and Londonderry as well as Tyngsboro across the Massachusetts line.
