About Gracie Elite Central Coast
Gracie Elite Central Coast in Erina, NSW was founded in 2009 by Professor Tiago Ferreira, a Brazilian black belt who arrived in Sydney in 2007 and taught for Bruno Panno at Gracie Sydney. It runs gi and no-gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu from 6am classes through evening all-levels and fundamentals sessions, a full kids ladder (Piranhas 2-4, Baby Sharks 4-7, Little Sharks 8-13, Kids Comp Class), women's-only BJJ and self-defence, weapons self-defence, Muay Thai and kids Muay Thai, wrestling, Sunday open mat, private lessons and sports performance yoga.
