Ray Longo's MMA is Long Island's premier mixed martial arts facility in Garden City, home of the Serra-Longo Fight Team co-founded by MMA legend Matt Serra and striking coach Ray Longo. The gym offers Gi and No-Gi BJJ, MMA, boxing, kickboxing, and youth martial arts across 6,500 sq ft with a regulation MMA cage.
