About Team Casarez Jiu-Jitsu
Team Casarez Jiu-Jitsu is a Lucas Lepri affiliate serving the North Carolina Triangle from Cary, drawing students from Raleigh, Apex, Durham and Chapel Hill. It runs 20+ training sessions a week across gi and no-gi jiu-jitsu, kids' classes, open mats and private lessons. Founder and head professor Tony Casarez is a 2nd-degree black belt under nine-time world champion Lucas Lepri and a multiple-time IBJJF competitor who opened the school in 2015; the staff also includes instructors Fernando Cruz and Milo Ketterhagen and a dedicated wrestling coach, Alex Griffin.
