The timetable runs adult BJJ Monday through Thursday evenings, children's BJJ and submission-grappling classes by age band (4-6 and 7-15), a Wednesday homeschool class, and adult open mats on Friday and Saturday. The school also runs by-appointment self-defense sessions, an Emotional Well-Being and Adaptive program for therapeutic recreation, and 'At Your School' BJJ programmes in private schools across the state.
