About Schell Shock BJJ

Schell Shock BJJ is a martial arts gym at the Sports Complex in Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina, owned and headed by John Schell. It teaches adult and kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, MMA, self-defense and kickboxing, with classes every day of the week in early morning, midday and evening slots and Sunday sessions by appointment only. Individual and family membership plans are offered for BJJ, Muay Thai or both, and the gym is a member of the Adopt a Cop BJJ and New Hope Regeneration programs.
