About Institute of Human Combat
Institute of Human Combat is an MMA and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu school in Greensboro, North Carolina, home of Team Phoenix and run by head coach Graeme Prue. It teaches gi and no-gi BJJ, Muay Thai, wrestling and MMA for adults plus a Youth MMA class, with an invitation-only Fight Team for amateur and professional competitors that is the gym's only live sparring. Its BJJ program is affiliated under the Ginsberg Academy of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in Boston, and the gym has operated in Greensboro since 2016.
