About Action Zone CMA
Action Zone CMA in Raeford, North Carolina is a non-competitive martial arts school that has served the community for over 30 years, teaching the mixed traditional martial arts system of Yeshua's Ryu. Programmes are Little Warriors preschool classes (ages 3-5), children's classes (6-12) and a teen and adult programme combining practical self-defense with full-body fitness, with no experience needed. The school is led by Shinan Michael Lowery and says every instructor completes at least 480 hours of training plus a leadership programme before earning a black belt. First class is free.
