About Gracie Jiu-Jitsu North Raleigh
Gracie Jiu-Jitsu North Raleigh is a Certified Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Training Center teaching the standardised Gracie University curriculum in North Raleigh, North Carolina: Gracie Combatives for adult beginners, the Master Cycle for blue belt and above, Women Empowered self-defence for women, and Gracie Bullyproof for children as Little Champs (5-7) and Jr. Grapplers (7-12), with a Mat Munchkins preschool class advertised as coming soon. Owner and head instructor Jesse Lare has trained since March 2018 and became a Gracie University Certified Instructor in January 2023, having previously taught at certified training centers in Orlando and Durham. Students also get the Gracie University online video platform.
