It runs adult BJJ, adult Muay Thai and a combined kids BJJ and Muay Thai programme, taught by an eight-person staff that includes several black belts. Training groups are age-banded — ages 5-7 on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday, ages 8-15 on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday — and newcomers start on a paid two-week trial that includes a uniform or gloves.
