About Bismarck MMA
Bismarck MMA is a mixed martial arts school on Airport Rd in Bismarck, North Dakota, teaching Brazilian jiu-jitsu, Muay Thai kickboxing, boxing, judo, wrestling and submission grappling to members aged 10 and up. Its BJJ class covers takedowns, dominant positions and a broad submission syllabus including leg, ankle and foot locks. Head instructor Roger Stiner is a 21-year MMA veteran and three-time NFA middleweight champion and a blue belt in Gracie Jiu Jitsu under Rodrigo Gracie, assisted by amateur MMA fighter Isaiah Spitzer.
