About Mat Lab Brazilian JiuJitsu
Mat Lab Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in Gahanna, Ohio teaches novice-to-advanced Brazilian jiu-jitsu for adults and children, running BJJ all-levels classes five weeknights, Kid Jitsu three afternoons plus a Saturday morning class, an advanced kids class on Fridays, and Saturday adult drilling and sparring sessions. Through a Hayastan affiliation it also offers a no-gi programme bringing judo, sambo and wrestling instruction to the academy. It is led by Professor Travis Haynes, and self-defense training is folded into both the adult and kids curricula.
