About Method Jiu Jitsu
Method Jiu-Jitsu is a 3,000+ sq ft Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu gym on S Sheridan Rd in Tulsa running gi and no-gi classes six days a week for ages 14 and up, with dedicated Fundamentals classes for brand-new students and a kids programme split 4-7 and 8-13. Head instructor Dallas Niles is an American black belt who medalled at the IBJJF Pan, No-Gi World and European Championships, was a primary training partner of Rafael Lovato Jr. and spent over a decade as one of the head instructors at Lovato Jiu-Jitsu Headquarters before moving to Tulsa in 2023 to open Method. Open mat runs Thursday evening and Friday late morning.
