About The Engine Room
The Engine Room is a boxing gym in downtown Tulsa, established in 2009, offering fitness boxing, personal training, youth boxing for ages 7-14, a competition team and a Parkinson's therapy-boxing program that is the official program of USA Boxing. Adult contact training runs as an application-only "Level Up" ladder from partner drills through controlled sparring, gated on months of prior class attendance. The facility includes a full ring, locker rooms with showers, an event space and a rentable venue, and the gym also houses the studio that built Golden Gloves VR, USA Boxing's official esports title.
