Caged Dragon MMA in Brantford is in its 16th year and runs boxing, Muay Thai, wrestling, BJJ/combat grappling and MMA sparring for adults 15 and up, plus Little Dragons kids kickboxing from age 8. Members compete in sanctioned Boxing Ontario, MMA and Muay Thai events. The 3,000+ sq ft facility has a full-size Everlast ring and 1,200 sq ft of grappling mats.
