Shoshin Jiu Jitsu bills itself as Erie, Pennsylvania's first authentic Gracie Jiu Jitsu facility, open and accepting new students at any time. Its entry point is a beginner-friendly "Jiu Jitsu Essentials" program, taught as self-defense-first jiu jitsu with fitness as a side benefit.
