About Harrisburg Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Judo, L.L.C.
Harrisburg Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Judo is a combined BJJ and judo academy based in Lemoyne, Pennsylvania, part of a group that also runs schedules for Carlisle, Hanover, Harrisburg and York. Its programme list covers adult and kids Brazilian jiu-jitsu in gi and no-gi, adult and kids judo, kids MMA striking, an adult MMA class, a BJJ competition class and "Dangerous Damsels" women's self-defense. It was founded by Gregg Anderson, a 3rd-degree BJJ black belt and the Harrisburg area's first jiu-jitsu black belt, who owns it alongside David Brogan and Luis Rosa.
