About Sparmax
Académie Sparmax has been a boxing and martial arts club in Sainte-Thérèse since 1997, running more than 40 group classes a week including boxing affiliated with the Fédération québécoise de boxe olympique, MMA, Jeet Kune Do self-defence and Kali, plus children's boxing (8-12) and Muay Thai (4-12) and private lessons seven days a week.
