Shindo New Breed MMA in Molendinar on the Gold Coast is one of Australia's oldest MMA gyms, built around the Shindo system created by Kerry Dunne - striking, clinching, throws and takedowns and submission grappling drawn from jujitsu, kung fu, boxing, karate, Muay Thai, judo, BJJ and catch wrestling. It runs adult classes, kids MMA and a competitive fight training program that has produced Ultimate Fighter and UFC competitors.
