About Atlantic Grappling Team

Atlantic Grappling Team in Wacol, Brisbane teaches Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, wrestling, judo and submission grappling on a professional athletic-programme model, with technique and drilling blocks, mandatory wrestling rounds, open mats and a competition class restricted to blue belts and amateur MMA fighters. It is an AFBJJ-recognised team affiliated under CMBT Training Centre, and gradings are decided by unanimous Pro Team nomination and graded through CMBT head BJJ coach Jesse Yada. An in-house physiotherapy and S&C arm, Fight Project, supports members.
