About Burke's Martial Arts
Burke's Martial Arts in Providence, Rhode Island has trained students since 1995 and teaches three programmes: adult Muay Thai billed as world-champion-level instruction with a path from first class to fighter level, adult real-world self-defense built around close-quarters defense, weapons awareness and survival mindset, and teen Muay Thai for 13-17 year olds. It draws students from across Rhode Island and nearby Massachusetts and is explicit that it is not a fitness class with martial arts flavour — the site even lists who the academy is NOT for, including people looking only for the cheapest option or casual drop-in training.
