Adults and teens can train Brazilian jiu-jitsu, judo, Krav Maga, no-gi MMA, women's self-defense, fitness kickboxing and a Gold senior fitness and self-defense programme; children aged 3-12 get jiu-jitsu, judo, karate, P3 Defense self-defense and CAT Club developmental skills training. The school is unusual in the breadth of its specialised offerings — classes for children and adults with special needs, preschool martial arts, daytime home-school classes and senior-specific programmes — and it also runs community self-defense seminars and guest training seminars.
