About Stardust Jiu-Jitsu
Stardust Jiu-Jitsu is a small grappling studio in Memphis, Tennessee built around children, offering Brazilian jiu-jitsu, American wrestling and creative-movement classes in an atmosphere of play and self-discovery. It is led by head coach Dr. Lucas Trautman, a child psychiatrist and BJJ brown belt under Matthias Meister who was a national-level wrestler for CBHS and remains a USA Wrestling Bronze Certified Coach, alongside Coach Hannah Wilson-Wisner, a BJJ purple belt and 2008 IKF Muay Thai world champion who leads a morning adult class. The studio is a proud affiliate of NOLA BJJ, the New Orleans organisation run by third-degree black belt and world champion Matthias Meister.
